Gorgeous breakfast, very responsive staff, I loved brilliant location. They recommended a top-notch restaurant for dinner. Double room was immaculate and perfect, good value. They made my stay decent. The pool was well-maintained too.

Facilities were wonderful, yet Wi-Fi connection was weak.

I enjoyed it, pleasant place. The location was VERY PRETTY, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a 2.6-acre public plaza. Rooms were extremely pleasant and trendy and bathroom was luxury with a bathtub. The atmosphere created here was quiet.

unfailingly polite staff, impeccably clean hotel, very affordable room. magic view, a nice balcony, comfy bed, too. food was fabulous, breakfast was complimentary. the location was relatively quiet in my case, even so the area was very basic. facilities were nice, especially the pool.

The staff was amazing and the hotel suited our needs. Walking distance to westfield san francisco centre that was our destination. Really loved that the property was near the train station, 5 minutes' walk
